FAST & EASY ONLINE BANKING

The founding of the first branch of Marhaba in Sydney, Australia. Marhaba Express commenced as an individual license inside a supermarket with only one employee. The number of customers mounted to 150 customers within the first year and the number
transfers amounted to 350.

Marhaba established a joint stock company in Australia by obtaining a license from the Central Bank of Australia. Marhaba launched an official office with three branches and five employees in three different states.

Marhaba extended its arms beyond the boarders of Australia. We established a regional office for the Middle East and Africa in the United Arab Emirates – Dubai to meet the preliminary requirements.  The office obtained a license from the UAE Central Bank. 2008 was the year Marhaba inaugurated and launch an electronic transfer platform linking all
of the organizations branches.

Establishment of a joint stock company in Sudan registered in the Khartoum
Stock Exchange and obtained a license from the Central Bank of Sudan to transfer remittances received in local currency.

In the era of money laundry offences , Marhaba reinstated to ensure accordance with
international standards. Marhaba restructured its system and trained its employees to comply with the international [know your customer] laws. The regulations are integrated in the organizations transfer platforms and contracts globally.

Marhaba signed a contract with RIA International , an exchange in a number of Australian states and around the world.

Obtained a license for a large-scale transfer company in Australia from the government commission to monitor money transfer, fight money laundering and terrorism support.

Marhaba also built a modern electronic platform compatible with other partners in the same field and also compatible with the new license of the company.

Marhaba has strategic partnerships at the global and local level. It signed a memorandum of understanding with Al-Ansari Exchange in the UAE and its branch “Cash express“.

Signed an initial contract with the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia and Awash bank to represent Marhaba in Ethiopia.
